Our Policy

At Bonnie Jennifer jewelry, we strive for the best possible customer service. A satisfied customer is our number one priority. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns or exchanges at our charity boutique shows however; we will grant website exchanges within 7 days upon receiving the order for website merchandise only. Please note: Shipping fees are responsible by the customer and the items have to be in the original state it was received. Special custom jewelry and sale items or special promotional discounts are final.

REPAIRS

We stand behind our jewelry and will make our best effort to attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise within one month of purchase. After one month, a small repair fee may apply depending upon the nature of the issue. Please note: Shipping fees are responsible by the customer. Due to the nature of some jewelry pieces, certain items cannot be repaired. If you want to exchange or an item needs to be repaired, please email info@bonniejennifer.com. Please include in the email the following: invoice number, and your full contact information. Once we give you an RA, Please use the list below before mailing out your good (s). 1) All items must be properly packaged with padding and to ensure against damage in transit. 2) The package must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt of package with the RA# visible outside the box 3) A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package and jewelry should be kept in original condition for exchanges. Items must be returned in original condition and unworn. bonnie jennifer has the right to refuse any item exchanged based on the condition it is returned to us. 4) We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the good(s) for your own protection.

TAX

Any online purchases that are mailed to NY are taxable items.

PRICE ADJUSTMENT

Due to the nature of the jewelry business, prices are subject to change on line and at our traveling boutique.

SHIPPING & TRACKING

Shipping: We try to ship our orders immediately or next day. Some orders may take up to 1-6 weeks. Your card will be charged at the time of the order. If an extended amount of time is needed for the processing of your order, you will be notified. Shipping rates start at $8.50 and include insurance. Tracking: Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
