Shipping — We try to ship our orders immediately. If your item is in stock, we will ship within a week. If your item is out of stock it may take up to six weeks to ship. Shipping rates start at $10.00 and go up depending upon the total value of your purchase. We use UPS as our main provider. Your shipping will include insurance. Tracking — Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
Returns and Exchanges— We do not accept any returns. Exchanges are granted for website purchases within 7 days upon receiving the order. Since our pieces are made to order, exchanges will incur a small fee per piece. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns or exchanges from our charity boutique shows, since a percentage of those sales are donated Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and potential exchange fees, and the items have to be in the original state it was received.
