At Bonnie Jennifer jewelry, a satisfied customer is our number one priority. We strive for the best customer service possible.


We stand behind our jewelry and will make our best effort to attempt to repair any worn or used merchandise within two weeks of purchase. After two weeks, a small repair fee may apply depending upon the nature of the issue. Due to the nature of some jewelry pieces, certain items cannot be repaired. If you want an exchange or an item needs to be repaired, please email Please include in the email the following: invoice number, and your full contact information. When you are shipping your items back, they must be properly packaged with padding to protect against damage in transit. A copy of the original invoice should be included with the package and jewelry should be kept in original condition for exchanges. We recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the good(s) for your own protection. Items must be returned unworn and in the original condition. Bonnie Jennifer reserves the right to refuse any item exchanged based on the condition it is returned to us.


All orders online are taxable items in New York State only.  If there is a pop up conducted or held in your state, the item will be subjected to local tax.


Due to the nature of the jewelry business, prices are subject to change online and at our traveling boutique.


— We try to ship our orders immediately. If your item is in stock, we will ship within 1-2 weeks. If your item is out of stock it may take up to six weeks to ship. If an extended amount of time is needed for the processing of your order, you will be notified. Your card will be charged at the time of the order. Shipping rates start at $12.00 and go up depending upon the total value of your purchase. We use UPS as our main provider and occasionally use  USPS. Your shipping will include insurance. Ground shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time. If you need your purchase to arrive faster contact us at for rush order services and or select the Rush Tab on the checkout.

Returns and Exchanges
— We do not accept any returns. Exchanges are granted for website purchases within 7 days upon receiving the order. Since our pieces are made to order, exchanges will incur a small fee per piece. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns or exchanges from our charity boutique shows, since a percentage of those sales are donated.  Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and potential exchange fees, and the items have to be in the original state it was received. Special custom jewelry and/or sale and special promotional items are final sale.

If you decide to make payments with After Pay or Shop Pay/Affirm and you make changes to your order, you may incur a fee.
