Shipping — We try to ship our orders immediately. If your item is in stock, we will ship within a week. If your item is out of stock it may take up to six weeks to ship. If an extended amount of time is needed for the processing of your order, you will be notified. Your card will be charged at the time of the order. Shipping rates start at $10.00 and go up depending upon the total value of your purchase. We use UPS as our main provider. Your shipping will include insurance. Standard shipping usually arrives within 2-3 business days, but we cannot guarantee the delivery time. Tracking — Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with a tracking code.
Returns and Exchanges— We do not accept any returns. Exchanges are granted for website purchases within 7 days upon receiving the order. Since our pieces are made to order, exchanges will incur a small fee per piece. Unfortunately, we will not be able to take returns or exchanges from our charity boutique shows, since a percentage of those sales are donated Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and potential exchange fees, and the items have to be in the original state it was received. Special custom jewelry and/or sale and special promotional items are final sale.
